The check-in process was quick and the room was functional with three beds, which was a great deal for the price.

The gym/pool/sauna made all the difference and we all spent hours there. Excellent.
The hotel was a 15 Euro cab ride from town so a bit of a pain but given we were in a group of 4 it was not so bad and the cheap hotel offset that cost. A bus was about 2 euro. the rooms were very small indeed.

the rooms were compact and modern, they come with 2 separate beds and a great value for money plus „ fresh “ towels. the location of the hotel was marvellous - relatively close to sankt erich. the airport was 15 km away.
Breakfast was poor, can definitely be improved.

The hotel was in a marvellous location, perfect to take a bus to the city center. The staff were really kind without being intrusive...
No.

I took a good picture of my wife laughing at the limited space in the room. Good parking. Laundry facilities available.
Unexpectedly cramped for travelers with much luggage. I must have missed something in the description of these rooms...and our double room had a third bunk style single over the other two single beds. Hard to imagine three people and their luggage in this room. Smoking lounge was a few doors down on the ground floor but door was kept open by trash can...and that's where your internet connection was. Elevators inoperable and it was an excursion to the front desk of the Holiday Inn which runs this hotel. Never again, unless backpacking.

The rooms here are spacious and practical, and the bed feels like sleeping on a cloud. 😊

This is a large place as combined with a Holiday Inn and a Hotel Residence as individual brands. Very small rooms but space smartly optimised with layout and cool fringe benefits (e.g. free landline calls to half of the planet, lounge, access to gym and hotel pool, etc.)
Lobby (check-in/-out) pooled at Holiday Inn and this place can get quite busy, hence some patience could be needed at times.

close to bus station, close to city centre, friendly room, relatively quiet (although next to main road), clean room / facilities
bathroom is not separated from bedroom, when you enter the hotel room you are IN the bathroom (no privacy!) -> room sharing only with good friend or partner! check-in/out to be done in Holiday Inn hotel

The value for money at the Bridge Inn Hotel was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with nearby bus stops and eateries.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and traditional items like eggs, sausages, and bacon.

Great facilities, free unlimited internet use, free laundry, free use of gym and spa, free landline calls to the UK (other countries included!) from your room. Short bus ride (no120 or 124, stop Bilhorner Muhlenweg) or taxi to centre. Supermarket nearby. Rooms compact and bijou.
For me all was fine but rooms are small with a single bunk type bed included so that 3 people can fit in the room. If you add in luggage you would be cramped. Regular buses but less at night. Bus stop at the bus station close to train station so few undesirables about so maybe bit uncomfortable but not threatening. During the day absolutely fine.

We had a pleasent stay and the Holiday Inn staff were very helpful when you were in need of it.
The bus trasport was easy although the hotel wasn't in the Hamburg city.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
